Orders are processed within 3-5 working days and are shipped via Royal Mail within the UK or Express international postage for international orders. For any questions concerning delivery please contact customer service via the contact form on contact page. Same day shipping may be available upon request.

UK Orders Returns Policy

If you would like to return or exchange a purchase please get in touch with contact@rochperel.com within 7 days of delivery. Returns of un-used/ un-worn items can be accepted within 14 days of receipt- excluding sale items or products on promotion. * Please note, our return policy is only applicable to any item(s) delivered to the United Kingdom, within 14 days of receiving your order. In the interest of hygiene, items which are damaged or carry visible signs of wear will not be accepted for refund.

Returns should be mailed to company address detailed in the tab below. Customer is liable for the shipping costs of returning goods and should use a tracked delivery method for assurance.

International Orders Return Policy

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for international orders (orders placed from outside the UK). All international sales are considered final.
